Use by bottle:
Fill the bottle with the amount of cereal as shown in the table below.
Close the lid and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.

Use with a spoon:
Add to a bowl of milk the amount of cereal as indicated in the table below.
Stir until powder is completely dissolved.

Close the can after each use and store in a cool, dry place for up to 4 weeks after opening.
